Hi Everyone its me Bella...just practicing my poses for a photo shoot for a 2013 Wine Dogs Calendar. I can't wait to find out what month I will be representing. What do you think it will be? The calendar will be available in our tasting room at Europa Village after October so make sure you look for it and for me! "Woof!"_Bella

Keepin' Cool
Please Help Keep My Friends Cool & Safe
It sure has been hot out here in Wine Country! I have missed all my friends at Europa Village but with my double coat, it's just been too hot for me to come to work these past two weeks. I hope to see you all soon! Please help me share this advice from the Human Society of San Barnardino Valley....

With temperatures reaching into the triple digits, the Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley would like to remind members of the community to take precautions not only keeping themselves and family cool and healthy, but their pets as well!
Here are a few tips on keeping your pet safe during the summer months:
Never leave your pet(s) alone in the car! In just minutes your car can turn into a furnace and heat stoke can be deadly.
Do not leave pets outside in the sun without access to shade and water.
Pets should not be left in garages, as garages can get very hot due to lack of ventilation and insulation.
Take your pet for walks in the early morning or in the evening. Avoid peak sun hours for both of your safety.
Bring enough water to keep yourself and your dog hydrated. “Natures dog bowls” such as puddles, ponds and streams may contain parasites.
It may be tempting to let your dog cool off with you in the pool. Do not leave pets unsupervised around a pool or lake. Not all dogs are expert swimmers.
If your suspect your pet has developed a heat related illness, bring them to your local veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
